Our training for top teams focuses on their distinct and unique role and the contribution they can make to having a culture of Respect at Work. Without leaders championing and role modelling respectful behaviour, full commitment to Respect at Work thoughout the organisation is unlikely to be achieved. Organisations who succeed in achieving cultures of Respect at Work do not ignore the need for the most senior leaders to recognise and address inappropriate behaviours and understand their specific duties. Leadership training can also lead to one to one coaching or ongoing support if required.
