Investigation Services

When investigating, it is vitally important that allegations are examined fully, robustly, proportionately and in a timely manner. An investigation’s conclusions can often have far reaching implications for individuals and the organisation, and therefore it must reach the right outcomes based on evidence. You are in safe hands with our Investigation Team who have decades of experience investigating hundreds of cases for our clients.

Training Services

We provide interactive, impactful training for all levels of staff within your organisation. Our trainers are experts in this field and journey participants through learning experientially. Often participants have very definite views on what, for them, is acceptable or unacceptable behaviour. We help participants obtain clarity on what can be a subjective area using our unique IP, helping individuals make sense of ‘where the line gets crossed’ and what their own personal role is in contributing to a respectful workplace. We offer options to use actors in your training sessions either through use of ‘live’ forum theatre, or through utilising our bespoke video scripting and production service.
