Other Services – Support
We have multiple services available under the ‘support’ offering. These are generally the mechanisms, systems and processes your organisation can deploy to ensure that bullying, harassment and other forms of inappropriate behaviour are effectively addressed in a timely and effective way.
- Having a well-constructed policy which outlines your organisation’s commitment to Respect at Work is an important first step to being clear on what behaviours are acceptable, and what behaviours are not acceptable within your organisation, and gives clarity on how breaches in behaviour will be addressed. We can advise on best practice and help you shape a policy which is clear and unambiguous.
- We train Harassment Advisers to be the ‘go to’ listening service where individuals can talk through what is happening to them. These Harassment Advisors then facilitate the individual’s decisions on what to do next and how to obtain resolution.
- We can train your internal investigators to investigate cases of bullying, harassment and discrimination, which is often a complex task, sometimes with a lack of direct witnesses to behaviours. Their training ensures they get to the truth every time.
- We can help normalise working relationships after incidents either on a team, or on an individual basis through our ‘moving forward’ interventions.
- We offer both ‘virtual’ and face to face delivery of our services.
