Manager Training – Awareness Sessions
The manager awareness sessions follow broadly the same content as the employee awareness sessions but delegates are drawn from only management population.
This session will cover in high level the requirement for managers to act quickly and proactively to address bullying and harassment but does not include skills development. If skills development is required the specialist management training is more appropriate.
We can tailor this session to suit your requirements and will reference your organisational policies which we will require ahead of delivery.
